We have developed a 25 step recruitment methodology to ensure that we meet our clients' unique business objectives.

Our executive search process begins by gaining an in-depth understanding of our clients’ organization, culture and goals. We develop a comprehensive profile of the ideal candidate and propose a targeted search strategy to our clients.

In-depth interviews and comprehensive reference checks ensure that our candidates possess the skills and personality required for the position. Complete candidate profiles are created and presented to our clients for comments and feedback.

We co-ordinate the interviewing process and follow up regularly with clients and candidates to provide feedback. We conduct negotiations and extend offers to candidates, providing on-going support after an offer has been accepted. We continue to assist our candidates and clients throughout the transition period and provide on-going follow up to ensure the long term success of our candidates.
